Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. rice
    1 c. carrots, diced
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. water (hot)
    1 pt. frozen peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion together; drain off juice or grease. Combine all other ingredients with hamburg after dissolving bouillon cubes with water.
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
