Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes (6 medium), cut into large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Seal bag and shake.
Empty into shallow baking pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley.
