Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. new potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1 small pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's works best)
1 Tbsp. dried onions
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil potatoes with peels on until done.
Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.
Peel and dice potatoes.
Add mayonnaise and bacon. Dice cheese and add to potatoes with onions and stir until well blended.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese bubbles.
