Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. lard or shortening
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat with electric mixer lard or shortening, 1 cup flour and salt until fluffy.
    Then add the rest of flour.
    Let set 20 minutes.
    Roll and line pie plates.
