Four-Cheese Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. of elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
    1- 1/2 c. (6 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and cook until thick.
    Add macaroni and stir until blended.
