White Casper Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dry minced onion
1/4 c. hot water
1 lb. ground round
3 oz. jar strained beef or veal baby food
2/3 c. canned clear beef broth
1 pkg. hot dog buns
Preparation
-
Mix meat, baby food and broth and form patties.
Mix water with minced onion.
Spoon on meat as it cooks.
(Punch holes in meat as it fries.)
Cut the ends off the hot dog buns and use the center cut as hamburger buns.
