Pear-Pecan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears (reserve 1 c. liquid)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain juice from pears and reserve 1 cup of liquid.
    Bring the juice to a boil on high heat.
    Remove from heat and add lemon jello.
    Chill until partially set.
