Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna fish
    3 c. fresh mashed potatoes
    dried parsley
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    bread crumbs
    1 egg
    black pepper
    wheat germ (optional)
Preparation
    Mix tuna fine.
    Add potatoes, spices and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add bread crumbs and wheat germ.
    Mix again.
    Then make fish cake and coat them with bread crumbs.
    Fry cakes in a little oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve them with your favorite toppings.
