Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except soda and boil 4 minutes.
    Remove from stove and stir in soda.
    Stir and quickly pour over 6 quarts of popped corn.
    Mix well and pour out on cookie sheet.
    Put in preheated 250\u00b0 oven and cook 1 hour.
    Stir 3 or 4 times while baking.
