German Apple Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Mix eggs and oil and heat over low heat until foamy.
Add dry ingredients to warm mixture.
Add vanilla.
Mix well.
Add nuts and apples, stir.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
When cool, drizzle powdered sugar icing over top (1 cup powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp. milk).
Freezes well.
