Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh broccoli florets
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. +/- white or wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. crumbled bacon or bacon bits
Preparation
    Wash and cut broccoli into bite-size pieces.
    Combine broccoli, onion and bacon.
    Thin mayo with vinegar until salad dressing consistency.
    Add sugar.
    Pour mayo mixture over broccoli mixture.
    Toss to mix.
    Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
