Omelet In A Mug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. diced fully cooked ham
    1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a microwave-safe mug coated with nonstick cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 minute; stir. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes longer or until eggs are completely set. Yields 1 serving.
