Broccoli Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    skinless chicken breast (and boneless)
    frozen or fresh broccoli
    white wine
    cream of chicken soup
    Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. mayo
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Poach chicken breast in wine (about 4 minutes until chicken is white).
    In a baking dish, place layer of all the broccoli and arrange chicken over broccoli.
    Mix soup with mayo.
    Pour over broccoli and chicken.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs (optional).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes (approximately).
