Chicken Breasts And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
3/4 to 1 c. rice (brown or white, instant)
1/3 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts (I use the skinned and deboned) in covered baking dish; add 1/3 cup water.
Cover and bake slowly until tender; add rice, soup and 1/2 can of water.
Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is soft.
