Red Snapper With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. red snapper
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Place fillets in single layer in well-greased pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Pour any remaining sauce over fish before serving.
