Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 eggs
    1 can cream mushroom soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together except soup.
    Make into patties.
    Roll in flour; put in to skillet and brown on both sides.
    Place in baking dish.
    Dilute soup with 1/2 can water.
    Pour over patties.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
