Turkey Meatballs In Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. instant oatmeal
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
    1 lb. ground raw turkey
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small carrot, finely shredded
    6 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    In bowl,
    combine egg, cereal, Worcestershire sauce and lemon peel.
    Add\tturkey,
    mix
    well.
    Shape into 8 balls, 1/4 cup mix each.
    Brown meatballs in hot oil, drain off fat.
    Add broth, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Transfer to dish, reserving juices in\tpan.
    In
    small bowl, combine sour cream, cornstarch and lemon juice.
    Add
    to juices in skillet.
    Cook and stir 2 minutes after
    mixture
    is\tthickened and bubbly.
    Add carrot and onions. Serve sauce over meatballs.
    Serves 4.
