Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
Preparation
    Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Set aside.
    Combine in large bowl butter, sugar, brown sugar and eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Slowly add dry ingredients.
    Then stir in oatmeal and butterscotch morsels.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Allow space.
    Bake for 8 minutes for chewier cookies. Bake 10 minutes for crispier cookies.
    Bake at 375\u00b0.
    Yields 4 dozen cookies.
