Ingredients

1 c. seedless raisins
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2 pie shells
Preparation

Put raisins in hot water to cover for 15 minutes.
Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, well drained raisins and coconut. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shells and dot lightly with margarine.
Bake at
300\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
Stick with fork occasionally while baking.
