Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can peeled apricots
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
2 c. Cool Whip
cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Drain juice from fruit and set aside.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water, add fruit. Pour mixture into oblong dish and chill.
Spread on topping and sprinkle cheese on top.
