Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
1 stalk celery (approximately)
2 envelopes Lipton noodle soup mix
1/2 c. rice
4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Brown sausage, pepper, onion and celery.
Drain off grease. Boil rice for seven minutes.
(Boil rice in soup mix and water.) Mix together all ingredients and bake one hour at 350\u00b0 in covered casserole dish.
