Cactus Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. beef stew or round steak, cubed
1 can cream of onion soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. red cooking wine

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Cook in oven in covered casserole for 3 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
Serves 8.
