Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium to large head cabbage, shredded
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup plus 1/2 can water
    1 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste (I use white pepper)
    crushed red peppers to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until tender; drain off liquid. Add sugar, salt, peppers and margarine to cooked cabbage. Cook ground beef; season with salt, white pepper and onions until brown. Drain off fat. Mix soup and water in small bowl with a dash of white pepper. Pour cabbage in casserole dish. Top with ground beef mixture. Pour soup mixture over ground beef, all the way to the edge. Bake until bubbly, about 30 to 35 minutes.
