Ground Chuck And Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion
    2 cans pork and beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 c. catsup
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chuck and onion.
    Drain off grease. In a large casserole dish, combine chuck mixture with the pork and beans, mustard, catsup and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Place bacon strips across the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
