Dutch Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cabbage
1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage fine.
Add water to cover and cook until tender.
Beat egg; add sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour over drained, cooked cabbage.
Heat for 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
