Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 apples, sliced
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of nutmeg
2 pastry crusts
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, spices and salt.
Mix with apples.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with sugar and place butter all around on top.
Put second pie pastry on top.
Cut slits to let steam escape.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
