Cheesy Meat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. milk (may use low-fat)
2 eggs, beaten
1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix meal, milk, eggs, corn and oil. Pour half of this mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Brown meat and drain. Place on top of corn mixture. Chop onion and spread on top. Pour remaining mixture over onion. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cover bread with grated cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
