Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 level tsp. salt
    hot water
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    4 level tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl.
    Next, work in the shortening and add the hot water in order to mix the ingredients together until you form a large dough ball that is not sticky.
    Do not over add the hot water.
    Add just enough to form a soft dough ball.
    Knead the dough until all the ingredients are mixed well and the dough becomes easy to work with.
    Allow the dough to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
    Make about 24 small dough balls out of the large dough balls and allow them to sit for another 10 minutes.
