Chanukah Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef brisket
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. grapefruit juice
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    2 medium onions
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco
    3 ribs celery
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown brisket in skillet.
    Mix all other ingredients together. Bake brisket 10 minutes, then pour ingredients over to cover. Seal with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Slice and refrigerate.
    Cook until done (1 hour prior to serving).
