Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
5 large apples
pastry for 2-crust pie
Preparation

Thaw apple juice.
In a saucepan, combine apple juice and cornstarch and cook until thickened over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add butter and cinnamon; set aside to cool.
