Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Old English cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Grate Cheddar and Old English cheeses.
Put grated cheeses and cream cheese in bowl and mix until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well and shape into 2 balls.
Chill.
Roll in chopped nuts or additional paprika.
