Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
2 ripe bananas
1 can pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. each: coconut, strawberries and chopped pecans
2 c. whipped cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine sugar, 1 stick melted margarine and graham cracker crumbs; mix well and line a 9 x 12-inch dish.
Combine 2 sticks margarine, extract and powdered sugar and beat well in electric mixer for 15 minutes on medium speed.
Pour over crumbs.
Layer remaining ingredients, in order listed, over filling, garnishing top with extra strawberries.
Refrigerate several hours before cutting in 3-inch squares.
