Ingredients

4 qt. peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper (medium)
1 clove garlic or 1 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.
Process pints 30 minutes and quarts 45 minutes in hot water bath.
