Texas Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) jar pickled jalapeno peppers
    1 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Drain peppers.
    Seed, stem and chop.
    Combine with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour beaten eggs over cheese and pepper mixture.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool slightly, then cut into squares.
