Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Crisco
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add yeast, buttermilk and shortening. Mix only until blended.
    Let rise at least one hour.
    Roll on floured surface and cut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
    Store uncooked dough in refrigerator.
    Will keep for several days.
    Makes 30 to 36 biscuits.
