Hot Alaskan Salmon Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. drained, chopped pimento
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
    Mix with rest of ingredients.
    Mound on English muffins.
    Broil 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
