Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk, scalded (heat milk, but do not boil)
Preparation
    Allow scalded milk to cool to warm; add to beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Pour into Pyrex cups and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes in enough water in pan to come to top of cups.
