Mandalay Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cleaned spinach
1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
Preparation
-
Clean, dry and tear spinach into bite size pieces.
Arrange in salad bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
Mix oil and vinegar and pour over spinach.
Toss and serve.
