Amy'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. white wine, water or milk
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Use an 8 x 8-inch or 9-inch round casserole dish.
    Layer chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Place a layer of Swiss cheese on top.
    Mix cream of chicken soup with wine, water or milk.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover chicken with stuffing mix and dot with butter.
    Microwave for 16 minutes or bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
