Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 small cans tomato sauce
    1 pkg. McCormick chili seasoning mix
    1 large chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chili beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    As meat is browning, add chopped onion to meat.
    After meat has browned, drain off excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients, except the chili beans to meat.
    Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
    Drain juice of beans and add to chili.
    Cook 10 additional minutes on low and serve.
