Cherry-Topped Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. graham crackers
    1/4 lb. margarine
    12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Crumble crackers.
    Mix with melted oleo and press into a 3-inch deep 8-inch pie pan.
    Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, vanilla and salt.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Pour filling into crumb crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
