Broccoli-Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. onion, chopped
    4 potatoes, diced
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked (or bunch fresh)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Cook potatoes in water and bouillon until tender.
    Remove 1 cup potatoes and pour rest into blender with the cooked, chopped broccoli.
    Blend.
    Add cheese and diced potatoes (1 cup).
