Broccoli Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli spears
1 c. sour cream
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 slices white bread
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Place broccoli in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Blend together soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Spoon on top of broccoli.
Cube bread. Toss cubes in melted butter.
Top casserole with buttered cubes. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
