Jerry Sowell'S Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large onion, blended
    1/4 to 1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/4 to 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 (1 oz.) jar crushed red pepper
    1/2 (1 oz.) jar powdered red pepper
    2 large bottles Heinz 57
    1 large bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 bottle soy sauce
    Wesson oil
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients, except Wesson oil, to a boil and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Just prior to use, pour 4 to 5 tablespoons Wesson oil into pot with sauce and heat. Stores in the refrigerator, without oil, for up to 1 year.
