Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red salmon
    3 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake. Set aside. Beat all other ingredients until smooth.
    Add salmon and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour.
    Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
