Speedy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper over potatoes. Dot with butter. Add milk. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serves 3.
