Weight Watchers Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knox
    1 pkg. Equal
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. pineapple, crushed
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend Knox and Equal.
    Boil pineapple juice; sprinkle Knox over hot juice and let dissolve about 1 minute.
    Put cottage cheese into electric blender; add juice and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Place in 8-inch pie plate.
    Chill.
