Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. milk
    5 eggs
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 lb. American cheese
Preparation
    Parcook macaroni.
    Cook milk until it boils.
    Add American cheese.
    In a food processor, blend eggs.
    Add cornstarch and blend until smooth.
    Add egg mixture to the milk.
    When the sauce is cooked, add Parmesan cheese.
    Mix well and pour over macaroni. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until it boils or gets lightly brown on top. Take out of oven and let stand for about 30 minutes while it thickens.
