Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Fry bacon and cut into small pieces.
Place in a 9-inch pastry crust and add grated cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and cream together; add seasonings and pour over cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until set.
