South Of The Border Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 -16 oz jar of picante sauce
1 can corn
1 can refried beans
1 box jiffy corn bread mix

Preparation

Brown meat drain well.
Add sauce, pepper, and salt to taste. Add corn and beans.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Mix corn bread, spread on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until done.
Corn bread will be brown.
May sprinkle top with grated cheese if desired.
